Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on orders at and over $50.00 within the U.S. Shipping rates for orders under $50, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total, weight, and the address being shipped to.

FULFILLMENT LEAD TIME

Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. Order are shipped from Alexandria, Virginia (zip code 22314).

Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate through this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. Shipping options and rates for international orders are offered at the time of checkout. Due to the cost of shipping globally, all international orders are final. Some countries collect customs and duties fees for international purchases. We are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees. 

P.O BOXES, FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. boxes and FPO/APO/DPO addresses. Please double check to make sure the mailing address is correct with all necessary information. (The founder worked at overseas military bases for years and knows how exciting it is to receive mail.) 

UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED ITEMS

If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect address information we’ve received, we can resend the order once the returned item(s) have been received and we’ve collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.

Please double check the mailing address you input to avoid any delays or unwanted returns.
