WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
New/unused cards may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
If your product was damaged during shipping or received in error, we are happy to send you a replacement or refund. Please email Customer Service at email@example.com and explain the return reason.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable original shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and show on your account due to various processing times between payment providers.
We do not offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
